MEDVICE has robust communication systems to provide in-person and remote services. Determining whether in-person or remote services are most appropriate for a client depends on many factors including the type of service, the size and location of the organization, and the level of clinical engineering staff already on site.
8. Can MEDVICE provide clinical engineers that work on-site?
Yes, MEDVICE clinical engineers work on-site for many of our clients. We offer a range of staff options for our clients including providing a full team of on-site clinical engineers, a few on-site MEDVICE engineers who oversee training and management of in-house staff, and even remote support from MEDVICE engineers for organizations that already have robust clinical engineering teams.
MEDVICE engineers have extensive and diverse experience. We hire engineers that have direct experience working with OEMs, and we also invest in continual growth and development of our team members through OEM training, third-party training, and internal cross-training.
10. Can we purchase MEDVICE Insight without using other MEDVICE services?
Yes, MEDVICE Insight can be used as a stand-alone software program that integrates into your existing clinical engineering structures. It can be customized to fit your organization’s needs, and it is designed to operate seamlessly with all MEDVICE services if you do decide to utilize any of them in the future.
MEDVICE Insight is currently available in English. However, we are actively working on building out its multi-lingual functionality.
12. What is the Client Portal? How do I access it?
MEDVICE clients who utilize MEDVICE Insight can access the online software through the Client Portal. The Client Portal can be opened directly at medvice.solutions, or it can be accessed from our website, medviceglobal.com. Each MEDVICE Insight user has a unique ID and Password.
The Client Communication Center (CCC) is a 24/7 support service provided to all MEDVICE clients. The CCC is an ideal point of contact when clients want to request service or follow up on the status of open service requests. Clients can reach the CCC by calling (702) 990-3104 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
14. Where do you provide services?
We currently have offices in Dubai, UAE, Shanghai, China, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Bangalore, India, and Las Vegas, Nevada. However, we have the resources to operate in many countries around the world and we are always expanding our geographic reach.
Yes. MEDVICE works with all healthcare organizations that have medical equipment inventories or an interest in medical equipment. For example, we have a partnership with a university to develop a clinical engineering training program. 16. What precautions is MEDVICE taking with COVID-19?
During COVID-19, we have taken extra precautions to ensure the safety of our team members and clients. We have increased the capacity of our remote services and communications, as well as reinforced precautionary measures among our on-site team members. We have provided ample PPE for our team and clients, and we have ensured we are informed of current trends and policies in all the regions where we work.
