The MEDVIC Client Experience Center (“CEC”) serves as a centralized dispatch and response center. All service requests and inquiries are reported to the CEC. The CEC hours of are twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week (24/7). CEC representatives will have immediate access to a technician workload, hours of service and equipment expertise to determine the best solution for each request.
MEDVICE will routinely provide Clients with weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly standard reports and key performance indicators related to the provision of Asset Management Services for the Client’s internal use and/or to support regulatory reporting requirements.
MEDVICE can augment your existing supply chain to provide supplemental quotations for capital equipment, parts, repairs, demand labor, and service contracts through our global vendor network for Client to assess as options for their purchasing that can provide cost savings alternatives.
